Our valuation services are used for various purposes, including purchase price allocation (PPA), impairment testing of goodwill or long-lived assets in accordance with Indonesian Financial Accounting Standards, IFRS or US GAAP. Also, using the depth of Mazars group resources, we can provide valuation services for vanilla or complex derivatives or structured products.
